Shipping Policy

Jyoti ‘s Artworks are very carefully packed in boxes, MDF crates, or tube depending on the size of the artwork purchased. US domestic orders ship within 1-3 business days, large pieces require extra time due to additional packing. Delivery takes 3–7 business days (standard). International shipping available; delivery varies by country (typically 7–21 days). Tracking will be provided. Risk of loss passes to buyer upon shipment. Delays due to carriers or customs are not our responsibility. We are not liable for import taxes, fees or custom duties on any products purchased internationally.
